Direct marketing
If you opt in, we will send you our newsletter and occasional updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You can also email us to be removed from our list.
Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including using secure, reputable providers. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data breaches
If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will respond in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@youbykatie.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. There is no charge to make a request, though in some cases we may charge a reasonable fee for access.
Keeping your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. Project files are kept for a period after a project ends, after which you are responsible for retaining your own copies.
Children
Our services and website are intended for business owners and are not directed at children.
